We offer two types of warranty coverage:

A. 90-Day Limited Warranty

This warranty covers functional product defects reported within 90 days from the purchase date (not the delivery date). It does not cover packaging or accessory defects, or cosmetic flaws unrelated to product performance such as minor scratches, dents, or worn packaging. To request a claim under the 90-day warranty, you must provide your order number, submit clear images or video of the defect, and contact us within 90 calendar days from your order date.

B. Lifetime Warranty Card

If your item includes a lifetime warranty card, it qualifies for lifetime product coverage as outlined on that card. The card remains valid even if it arrives scratched, misprinted, or slightly damaged. A cosmetically flawed card does not invalidate your lifetime warranty. To submit a lifetime warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number), provide clear photo or video evidence of the included lifetime warranty card, and submit photos or video of the product defect. We reserve the right to verify the claim and determine eligibility under the warranty terms.
